JFC Lawn Maintenance

Have a small apt. complex. Regularly have them do a session every couple weeks. They cut grass, trim palm trees and do a thorough cleanup afterwards. They normally send a small group of guys to do it, so it's done very quickly, They do great work every time but I'm always there to relay what they need to do so there are no miscommunications of what work needs to be done. Highly recommend.

Service is horrible! The workers that show up have a bad attitude and do not want to work. They trim your bushes and don't clean up all the debris they leave underneath. I have solar lights in my backyard and I came home to 3-4 of them with wires cut from their weed whacker. I hired them for a short session another time and I told them about not cutting my solar light wires so to pull the weeds in that small section by hand. They went on to say that would be an additional session. I then proceeded to take out all the solar lights so that they could use their weed whacker but instead the worker went crying to his boss and said that I was arguing with him... I tried talking to the lady that answers the phone to explain what happened and she wouldn't let me talk and went on to hang up with me. Needless to say they left without doing the job! Here I am trying to help them do their job quickly by removing the solar lights and instead they get upset!? What in the world! I asked the lady to have the owner call me. He never called! Very unprofessional Company... do not recommend! Will NEVER call on them again... and its too bad...I'm a Realtor that knows a lot of people that need yard maintenance and they just lost lots of potential business!
