This is a thank you to everyone at Surety Plumbing ( Maribel Jesus and Phillip). You saved my Thanksgiving. Wed. Broken down water heater. My guest began to arrive 30 min. after Surety left. Thanks for helping out by going back to Lowes and getting a new heater and installing in record time. You even cleaned up after yourselves. I am so pleased with your service. A couple of weeks ago I called you guys to install a water heater. I just wanted to follow up with a report about Jose. He was very polite and professional. I was happy with the job that he did. He also did a great job of explaining things to me about the installation process, building codes, and the new water heater. Should I need a plumber again in the future; I will definitely call Surety Plumbing again.
