Mr. Handyman bid was over $5,000 for work which 3 other licensed contractors quoted about $800. Fraudulent business model in which exorbitant bids are provided knowing homeowner will not engage them. They then keep $80 deposit. I requested $80 deposit be refunded based upon Mr. Handyman's outrageous bid to touchup a small ceiling and install two bathroom fans. Do not be fooled by clean cut salesman and fancy uniforms. Porch, please intervene and get my money back. Mr. Handyman undermines your reputation. If I do not immediately receive my deposit, I will report them to BBB and State Contractor's License Board. Deborah, Encino

I used Mr. Handyman for the first time for a kitchen project, and I plan on using them again soon for some other work. They always arrived on time and were ready to work. When there was an incident with a counter top we ordered from Lowes, that wasn't Mr. Handyman's fault, they did everything they could to help us. They kept the work area clean at all times. They never left at the end of the day without cleaning up first. They did everything as quick as they could, and they were very courteous. They were nice and all-around good guys. They were honest, and they knew what they were doing. We were really pleased with the experience!
