I hired Phoenix Property Services to provide the plants and install them. They planted Clusia, palms, and Hibiscus. They put down over 300 bags of mulch. They did a great job and I referred them to a friend who they also did a great job for.

Charlie is as bad as they come. He will take your down payment with a smile and a firm handshake and that will be the last you see of him. He used to do good work a few years ago, but not anymore. I will probably end up in small claims with him.
