Came out and gave an estimate for job and said would return once parts were purchased. Never came back and no reason was given. Called office to inquiry why serviceman never came back and was told he would contact us, Never heard from serviceman or office again

They were on time,courteous and very friendly most of professional especially the senior tech Terry who worked on our project.
