| Fort Myers Beach House | Nov 2014 | This exceptional 2-story home on Fort Myers Beach includes 150 ft. of Gulf frontage! The house was built in 1926 out of thick South Carolina pinewood and brought to Fort Myers Beach on a barge. The new owners wanted to keep the historic architecture in-tact but also requested to add modern conveniences. Knaak Design Group was commissioned to design two modern terraces, a lap pool, spa, an expansive deck, and native landscaping. Balanced on each side of the home and accessed by newly constructed french doors, the terraced patios offer remarkable views of the Gulf of Mexico. A custom lap pool was designed with an ample lounging deck made from composite green decking. The stylish glass tiled spa can be accessed from the back deck while enjoying fabulous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. | Fort Myers Beach, FL |
