Armor P&H(Jim & Brian) have been lifesavers on several occasions. From handling a washing machine water line at an income property; to installing my new boiler in my primary residence; and resolving an issue with my hot water heater at my primary home in the dead of winter. If you can schedule with Armor, but decide not hire them; you will get what you pay for, and will proceed at your own risk. I won't hire anyone else. Please do not say I did not warn you about all the other companies who talk a good game, but don't deliver. As far as my boiler, I had been scheduled to work with an allegedly respectable firm...who then cancelled 16 hours before the install, after keeping my 5K deposit for almost a month beforehand. I was able to get ahold of Jim and Brian and not only did they install a SUPERIOR system, at a considerable savings, but they pulled a building permit that passed with flying colors (the other company didn't even mention needing or wanting a permit, so I would have been unwittingly left with 'unpermitted construction'). Now with those savings, I am remodeling the kitchen. Hire Armor. You won't be sorry. They are polite, punctual, and professional. I am hypervigilant about who enters my home, and I would not hesitate to have Jim and Brian over to do work unsupervised if need be. This cannot be said for other companies who have turnover, and is especially poignant for those of us having work done at elderly parents' residences, etc. If you and Jim have time, brew this hard-working man a quick cup of coffee and if your experience is anything like mine, he will tell you a captivating story of how his business came to be and about his decades long experience providing plumbing and heating assistance.
