I have been a loyal customer for a few years after hiring John to install an all new sprinkler system. He may not be the friendliest, but works quickly and is easy to reach. I’ve recommended him to many people including my parents. My dad called Raffiani’s Sprinkler Service today because part of his grass has turned yellow and what inspired is still shocking to me. “Mrs. Raffiani” yelled, cursed, insulted, and berated my father for making a simple phone call and asking a question politely. I was so shocked by what I heard on speakerphone that I waited a bit and called back to speak to John. I was called a slew of curses including F…head and she told me my service has been terminated. If anyone else services my sprinklers, my warranty will be voided. I’m so disappointed that this is a business I’ve been recommending and supporting for the last few years.
