Two bathroom vent fans up on second floor are old and when gets cold (below about 0F) the no longer discharge air. Would like to look at getting the fans replaced with something newer and maybe more volume and also doing what is required to make sure the fans will still discharge when it gets cold - maybe change the discharge weather head on exterior wall and or install more insulation over the duct runs up in space above ceiling on second floor - duct runs are not long - maybe 5 or 6".
