Accurate Construction builds spec homes, custom homes and complex carpentry. The builder (Bill Head) served a formal carpenter apprenticeship with 750 classroom hours and 6,000 workhours over 4 years starting in 1976. First licensed in 1986 as a general contractor the builder now has 38 years building in the Farmington area. If you live in this area you have probably been in a home or commercial building in which he had at least some part in it's construction. House #95 is a spec on Rd. 3000 (#1090) to be completed in late 2014. Accurate homes feature an exterior 100% guaranteed by shingle and stucco manufacturers by eliminating sophets and facia that require painting every few years and quickly deteriorate without it.
