David is not a licensed contractor. I hired him to remodel my basement and did a very poor job. Almost all the things he did were not built up to code and I had to ultimately hire a demolition contractor to undo his work and start again from scratch. I have learned to do a more thorough research before I hire contractors. This lesson cost me more than $20,000. I hope you can learn from my mistake. I would not hire this contractor.
