They charged me 2 hours for 30 minutes of work. The movers smelled strongly of body odor. I would not use them again. When I left a negative review on Yelp, this was their reply: "8/29/2019 We have a 2 hour minimum booking which is explained to every customer (including her), is written on our website, and is less than most services. We had to travel 40 minutes to get to her loading site. We think this is a real case of racism, unlike the fake kind you hear about so much these days. This customer was a raging b!tch and totally embarrassed herself over and over while acting like a child on the phone. We did nothing out of the ordinary and went on to please our next customer beyond their expectations. If you think you can lie and melt down and run the conversation and dictate your own fee, then FIND ANOTHER MOVER because we are sick to death of YELP and all these entitled SNOWFLAKES that think they can whine and get what they want. Lady, we hope you get a rude awakening soon regarding your manner. You are a bottom feeder. "We personally eagerly await YELP's demise. Please take the time to read our 'filtered' 5 star reviews since YELP sees fit to hide them from your eyes. they do this to only select industries, ours being one. take a look at the local cafe or restaurant and youll find a few filtered reviews while we have more filtered than are showing. We have filtered 5 star reviews that are made by veteran YELPers. If we were not aggressively filtered, we would be at a 5 star rating. We are a 5 star company that is being unfairly treated to make us look the same as any other company. in September of 2018, YELP filtered 38 (THIRTY EIGHT) 5 star reviews and put us on the brink of a 4 star rating. They have not allowed any 5 star reviews this year, not to mention 38 filtered 5 star reviews drove our exposure way down. At this point we are furious with YELP and their blatant misrepresentation practices. We are also extremely tired of dealing with entitled YELPers who seem to think they can tell us whats what and who assume they have all the leverage to leave us sh!tty feedback when THEY DIDNT PAY ATTENTION AND KNOW NO RESPECT. YELP and entitled customers, you can just KISS OUR BUTTS, you are truly scum of the earth and have no idea what it means to deal with you or what a hard days work actually is."
