Horrible experience..messed up my house and blocked my phone number after that. Tried calling main office no one ever calls back. Please dont fall for them. All the reviews i can bet are from thir own employes.

I signed an agreement with US Elegant Homes and it took them about 3 weeks to placed a home tenders into the house. A bit longer than I expected as I thought it would be about a week or so based on my conversation with Howard. Howard reached out to me through my realtor who have worked with them in the past. He wasn't all that thorough with the info he gave me but was able to let me talk to Sam who was much more through since he has been with the company for a while. I guess I can't complain as the home tender did a pretty good job with the staging and it saved me quite a bit of money from staging it myself. I do feel bad that they had to move after 38 days because the house went under contract pretty quickly. I would use them again..... Nick

I have been a Home Tender for US Elegant Homes for about 4 months now. I'm a single guy who moved into a small house near downtown. Several days after I moved in, I was given a 30-day notice because the house came under contract. I wonder if it was because of me staging the house? LOL. It was a horrible feeling to get a notice right away after I just settled in. Spoke to Greg and he said he was sorry but he will do what he can to make me happy. Well, he did. He moved me into another house 0.2 mile away. Practically 2 blocks away. Bigger and better house. He also gave me a break on the monthly fee as well. It has been 3 months now since I have moved into this house. Beautiful lovely house. Can't complain but to say thank you for all you have done.

My husband and I have used US Elegant Homes on two separate occasions. A joy to deal with Greg. A straight shooters. He does not sugar coat and deliver what he said. Easy to get a hold of him. There was one occasion where we disagreed but nonetheless he resolved it in a timely manner. Everything is good and we are happy. We would most definitely use this company again.
