Hope Adam is a better inspector than he is at building fences. He likes to seek out elderly people in need of repairs, take their money, then do shady work that’s left incomplete. I’d love to include these 20+ photos of his crappy work. Chain link fences ...
Adam was Very thorough, knew what he was talking about and listened to my concerns. He found issues for my 1 year warranty I would have never found on my own! Thank you again sir!!

Several SOFT SPOTS , and very poor raised roof installation , over old enclosed sunroom , area @ rear of home. Our older roofing repair man is out due to Surgery . Do not need entire roof replaced . Just need new decking in certain areas replaced . Some one came today & yesterday , and all they want to do is whack us. Our insurance has a $ 6950.00 deductible . & there is other depreciation money from SAFECO , available from a claim in 2016 . Safeco will not respond until Monday @ the earliest . I may want to pay cash for repairs , or will be willing to hear all options . We have small time frame available on existing USAA homeowners policy .
