They are thiefs who only care about screwing someone over and stealing someone’s hard earned money! The house I rented from them was infested with mold due to leaking faucet from their so called maintenance man. When the AC Unit stopped cooling the house it took 3 weeks for someone to eventually show up to “look” at it and James blamed it on my and said that my financial problems caused the unit to go out and also caused the mold!! Then 3 weeks later I get a letter from where I’m being sewed for rent that wasn’t even late and for damages also!! I would highly recommend that no one do business with these people or rent from them!!!!

These SNAKES took our security deposit of $980 and turned around and put the property back on the market without refunding our money. James Joseph looked me in the eye and told he would hold rhe property for me pending payment. Which he received. I have receipts to prove that i pay him $980.They are dirty and crooked in everyway and you should NOT deal with these scam artist. I also researched their property of 1874 gravel hill rd columbia tn and found they roofed a CHILD MOLESTER. STANLEY YATES was a convicted child molester. James and steven of Equitable Enterprises allowed the child molester to live there and molest children under thay roof. They knew of his status and continued to rent to him. You should NOT deal with these scam artist.
