DO NOT USE RODNEY GROGAN... RODNEY GROGAN, RODNEY GROGAN GARDEN AND FENCE, GROGAN’S DECK AND FENCING... He has many different names and addresses. If you do a Google search many customers have tried to sue him or are currently trying to sue him. He doesn’t show up, return to the job, begs for payment and his workmanship is elementary. Nothing is up to code. He lies and back tracks through out the whole job. Besides getting everything in writing you have to record every single conversation you have with him or he will change it up and deny all that was supposed to have been done. He does not do anything up to code.
