The worst flooring job I ever experienced. A seam started showing right away in the hallway and then more started showing, to include a nail head protruding out of the carpet. Instead of repairing we were told you dog peed on it, what? No smell, no black-light, no proof and that was after only looking at the one seam in the hallway. Said he would look at none of the other 6 or more seams popping up. Under the stove the vinyl is peeling and coming up, after only 2 years?? They covered one of the vents in kitchen and I had to call them back. There were staples coming through the vinyl and in another area of kitchen there was a slight raise. I requested another professional to come do an assessment and they noted that the carpet was the defective carpet most companies throw out rather than risk the issues I'm having. Said the carpet seams and increments were not standard for the flooring business. I've read reviews that stated the flooring help may not be certified. Don't use them, now I'm redoing my floors at my expense because it is so terrible.
