Titan Solar Power

I had no electricity due to the inspector flipping a switch on us. My family and I had to spend the night without any electricity. The next day I called SRP with no solution, so I called Titan (Joey) and not only did he send someone out right away, he was so helpful, and made sure to get me electricity right away. Titan sent out Terry, who is AMAZING!!!! He is so knowledgeable, has amazing customer service skills and even came back later in the day to fix a breaker on my water heater even though it had nothing to do with solar. Titan believes in customer service and happy customers!!! I would do business with them again anytime!! Thank you Joey and Terry for your amazing support and customer service!!!

After much anticipation, we had our solar electric system turned on about 2 1/2 months ago & it's working great! Our last APS bill was only $16.07! Our system payment is only $151.00. The same month last year, before solar was $227.71 by comparison! We met with at least 4 other solar companies (All the big ones) & it just kept getting more confusing with each meeting. They all say/claim different things. One says "Lease!" The other says "Purchase!" & so on... One of our neighbors recommended we call "Mr. Sunshine" (Michael Janzen). They said that he knows pretty much EVERYTHING, & that he'd clear up the confusion. Long story short...We did, he does & he did! Very impressive! ...BTW, we purchased. His company, Titan Solar did an amazing job! It took a bit of time, but he'd explained that it would. The installation was as professional looking & clean as it gets. The crew were professional, polite, cleaned up everything, (even raked the gravel!) & the lead guy (Sorry, I forgot his name) explained what they'd done & what to expect next. They weren't the cheapest, they definitely weren't the most expensive either. But they were the best value by far! We also did a couple of things to make the home more energy friendly, which scaled our system size down a bit & saved us even more overall. Would we recommend them? Without hesitation!! John Scott

Absolute worst company to deal with. Titan Solar Power uses “third party” sales people as a way to hide the poor service. Titan Solar Power is not just the installer, they have complete and total control over the entire process. I know this because Titan Solar Power (not the independent salesman) sent me a completely different sales contract two days after I was no showed by the installation crew. On June 4, 2017 I signed my sales contract with the "third party salesman" for different solar panels then what he was pushing. I wanted Sunpower panels, they were available and that was what I signed a contract for. After months of waiting, I finally received an email stating that the installation was scheduled for August 28, 2017. After my wife and I rearranged our work schedules to ensure someone was home for the entire day, NO ONE showed up or even bothered to call us to let us know that we were not going to be installed that day. We had to spend hours that morning trying to get anyone to answer their phones only to find out no one was going to show up. Then on August 29, 2017, Titan Solar Power (not our independent salesman) sent me a brand new sales contract, without notification, for a smaller system using the BS panels the salesman was originally pushing and no adjustment to the original price for less expensive inferior panels. Also, worth noting that the deadline for being grandfathered in to the current APS rates was two days later on August 31, 2017. Luckily for me, APS allowed me to change the solar company and still be grandfathered for the current APS plans. I made numerous calls to Titan Solar Power, trying multiple different options for who to speak to. Their sales option along with their "anything else option always went straight to a voicemail that was full and would not accept any more messages. I did get through to the technical support. I asked to speak to a manager, he wasn't available so I left a message and no one ever called me back. A Titan Solar Power contractor did show up to install a new meter on my house over a week after I canceled everything with them.

On August 1, 2017 Titan Solar Power Crew 13 cam to my residence to install Solar Power on my residence. This crew managed by Francisco was extremely professional and were very patient answering my questions and made sure to keep me informed on the various aspects of the installation. They made me feel included in the process! I was an executive with a large telcom company which included various instillation crews in multiple states before I retired. I would have been proud to have my crews perform at the high level that your Crew 13 performed at my house! This entire crew were consummate professionals and your company is fortunate to have them as part of your team. Please ensure that this crew is made aware of my appreciation. I am in hope that they will receive a positive recognition from the management of your company! I also want to thank management for hiring such professionals, they completed a very high quality installation on my house. I appreciate how the install was done and I am sure my neighbors are pleased too, as was done in a manner that it is hardly noticeable!
