Wow…what a terrible experience. Just recently got my overhead door serviced…in Phoenix Door was jerking and bouncing trying to open.. support system looked like it is going to come crashing down.. So I flagged these guys down, Michael came in..said no problem, I can remedy that…. Quoted quite a high price.. figured for that I would get what I was promised.. Did his thing… it made a small difference , but in two days it was right back to where it was, and seems to be getting worse…. So over 300 hundred dollars!!!!! Have been communicating back and forth and they are not willing to give it a second try…or even upgrade me to a smooth system….. Absolute rip off…. Don’t fall for this very poor company.. Tell as many people as you can…..

Most of the reviews I have read here reflect a bad experience involving a warranty company... I can relate because some of those companies do not cover what they promise, as I have also experienced. Mike V. from The Garage Door Masters came to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. He was kind, courteous and professional and reasonably priced.... I highly recommend their service.

Mike V had me pushing the button to have the door go up and down. He had taken the bolts and the pin out tightening something. He had me push the button to see how it worked and the whole thing came off the track and he said stop and hooked it back up he said it’s no big deal! It is worse than before he got here. He was rude will not give me an address to mail the $60 check I told him let’s get a hold of select warranty he packed up and walked away no wonder you have a low rating with employees like him🤬

Mike came out because the motor of my opener threw a gear and the plastic covering came down with it. He was contracted through my home warranty company. He submitted a claim that the warranty company read to me, stating it was not caused by normal wear and tear, and that they have denied my claim. I called Mike, since my husband was home during this and I was at work, and asked him why he lied to the home warranty company. He stated he did not. On my kitchen counter was a quote to fix my door from Mike, like he wanted my business in full. I called the home warranty back and told them what Mike had said to me, saying he didn’t tell them it was broken by me, and they said they have a written statement from him saying the door housing was hit and cracked. I don’t have a car tall enough to hit the garage door opener in the ceiling of my garage. My warranty company has submitted my concerns about this company and has allowed me to use someone else. However, I a, out a $75 service call fee for a company to lie. Do not use this company at all!
