Northridge Place | Jun 2014 | Removal of the old plaster, insulation applyed, blueboard application, diamond veneer aplication on walls and ceilings, This project initially started as a repaint the house, patch the little cracks, but later the owners of the house realized that the house nedde a rewiring, getting a central AC, inulating and replastering. I offered them the superior diamond veneer plaster, which the owners felt the walls and ceiling became one of a kind, they don't even want to paint , it looks so amazing and feels even better..I am still working on a project. estimated cost approx 10.000 incl materials so far. Materials included are Blueboard sheetrock. R13 rockwool insulation, plasterweld, USG Stuctolite, Diamond veneer, My company is very cost efficient and attention to details.
