I have used Earl J. Unis for my home needs. When my family decided to start a business, small batch craft distilling, we put the facility outfitting job out to bid. We went with Earl J. Unis. Although we had unique needs I never felt I had to "Train" them to do the work. Between them, Joe Unis, Ed Unis, Earl Unis and Jim Unis have seen it all. Also, they worked well with the other contract tradesmen and the local municipal inspectors.
