BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!!!!! Please do NOT give this con-artist slimebag any money down! You will never hear from Michael C. Daily again I guarantee it. Every SINGLE thing you read on the reviews all across the internet is 100% true! Excuse after excuse then just completely wont even answer phone or respond to emails. Then if you were to actually get some plans they will not pass city/county! Thank You Eric Bureau google review with info as I am going after this low life.
