We were renovating my parents' 65 year old house with its eccentric wiring and multiple complications of changing tasks and the schedules of the other tradesmen. Martin was great! Available on short notice when needed and self directing when working alone to get the jobs done. Patient with the changes that sometimes came up without warning. Very good work all the time. Brought the house into modern code compliance. Also left me with a tidy enough work space afterwards. Would certainly recommend A. Martin Perez; look for the truck with AMP on it.
