Weston's Home Inspection Service

I had Ron Weston inspect a house I was buying. His inspection was less than adequate. I bought the house based on his inspection. He said all appliances, washer, dryer, frig, stove, microwave, dishwasher and sink were good but that was wrong all are defective in some manner that has cost me hundreds Of dollars to repair or replace. The house had many water issues that he did not find and has cost me thousands to remediate. The brick veneer on front of the house has pulled away from the foundation and will cost hundreds to fix. He said my roof was good for another 5 years, when I had it rechecked for insurance they found daylight and holes so I had to replace now. There were other issues that he should have caught. I was told after purchase was made that Ron was not allowed to move or touch any of the previous owners belongings to check for damage to the house so previous could cover up what they did not want seen. There is little or no recourse I have to recoup all the money I did not intend to spend on all these unknown repairs. I would NOT recommend Ron at all.
