Do it all improvements Llc

DO NOT use this company. Two years ago we hired Do It All improvements to do a Bathroom Remodel for us. A few months after the completion of the bathroom remodel we noticed we had a leak. Our bathroom is on the third floor so we noticed a water leak on our living room ceiling. Do It All came out cut a hole in our ceiling to determine the source of the leak and determined that it was the shower floor that needed to be re-grouted. They re-grouted the floor and then left us with a hole in our ceiling for a year leaving us to hire an outside contractor to fix that issue. Then in October we noticed another water leak on our living room ceiling from the bathroom shower . We had a plumber come out and cut a new hole in the ceiling and noticed that it was not a plumbing issue but the installation of the shower floor, pan, and shower wall not being installed correctly. We now have mold frim the water damage and have had to completely rip out the entire bathroom. We tried to contact Do It All in the beginning to give them an opportunity to repair this but they never would return our calls. We have had to hire a restoration company to take care of the mold issue and shower leak.
