They came out and told me what the issue was with my washer and told me the part would be ordered and they would contact me in the next several days. I waited a week and called several times a day for two days and no one answered. I went to their shop and they said the part came in the day before and that I was on the list for that day. No one ever came or called. I went back to the shop the next day since they still wouldn't answer the phone and they said it should be in that day. I told them what they had told me the day before. They said someone would be there before the end of the day. NO ONE showed up. I called another company and my washer was repaired in 2 days. I have yet to hear from Belcher Appliance.
