I have worked directly with Paul Davis on numerous projects, working for another contractor myself they handle all of the trades that we do not (which are many). There has not been one project that has not gone smooth through the entire process. From the project managers to the lady's in the office, everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go that extra mile for whom ever the customer may be. This is one of the few companies where I see the owners in the field just as much as the rest of the companies employees. I would recommend Paul Davis to my pickiest customer! I believe I have, and they have arose to the challenge and have never let myself or my home owners down. 5 stars all day long from this Contractor!

PD is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost is worth it in the end. You made us very happy and proud of our new bathroom. Thank you!

Paul Davis Remolding completed our remodeling project on time and on budget while using quality materials and quality workmanship. We bought a small older home across the street from our daughter's home to use as a guest house. The PD team was very helpful in designing the new layout and making the renovations happen. The project turned out to be a design/build and they went out of their way to keep it reasonably priced while at the same time design-wise exciting. We totally remodled the kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, and refinished the walls. They were easy to work with, highly professional ,and always reliable.

Paul Davis has updated three rooms in our home and they are presently adding an addition off our kitchen. My husband and I are thrilled with the results! Our project manager is extremely proficient in guiding us in design as well as attention to detail. Each contractor has been a craftsman as well as being mannerly and protecting our home during demo and construction. We have been so pleased with their quality work that we no longer get second opinions. That may sound frivolous but not when you consider professionalism, quality, proficient execution of design, and excellent customer service.

Pickens Bathroom Face-lift | Nov 2016 | Not every bathroom project has to be a complete tear out and re-design. This bathroom had a good layout but the floor suffered from water damage and the toilet was positioned too close to the shower. After repairing the sub-floor, moving the toilet, adding new plank style tile flooring, updated fixtures, a barn-style shower door, and Kohler Coreograph shower walls this bathroom became a refreshed and inviting space. For some reason, the "after" photo would not load upright but if you tip your head, isn't it pretty? | $7k | Pickens, SC
Basic Bathing Beauty | Sep 2016 | Not every bathroom remodeling project needs to be a high end, high cost affair but everyone prefers to have an updated, clean looking bathroom. This renovation removed the worn and dated finishes and added sleek, clean and modern amenities. | $6k | Travelers Rest, SC
Greenville Kitchen Facelift | Aug 2016 | New, soft gray cabinets and a solid surface counter pair well with the eye-catching glass mosaic back splash for a terrific, inviting new space. There was no need to change the flooring or appliances which helped control the costs for this project. | $10k | Greenville, SC
Toss the Tub to add a Spacious Shower | Aug 2016 | It was time to rid this bath of worn tile and a rarely used tub and replace it with a spacious shower and beautiful new sliding glass shower door. Tile now runs to the ceiling to make the space feel larger and the shower sports a full width bench and convenient niche for shower supplies. The rest of the bath was also updated (tile floor, new vanity etc) but photos were unavailable for that portion of the remodel. | $8k | Greenville, SC
Travelers Rest Kitchen Remodel | Jun 2016 | Before remodeling began, this kitchen was technically part of an "open space" but the design was not very functional and still made the kitchen work area feel cut off from the family room and the eating area. By changing the layout and updating to lighter cabinets and counters, the kitchen is now beautiful, functional and fully a part of the adjacent spaces. | $67k | Travelers Rest, SC
Ashes to Awesome Kitchen | Jun 2016 | A horrific fire (thankfully no people or pets were hurt) made it tough to imagine that this kitchen would be functional ever again. But after complete demolition, deodorization, design work and remodeling, this kitchen is now a dreamy delight for this family. Dark sable Wolfe brand cabinets, high-end laminate counters and a laminate floor with a "handscraped" finish partner with gleaming new appliances and plenty of natural light to complete the kitchen transformation from ashes to awesome! | $25k | Union, SC
Standard to "Steamy" Bathroom Remodel | May 2016 | These homeowners approached this project knowing exactly what they wanted from design to product selection. The never-used tub was removed, the shower was re-tiled and enlarged, the vanity/sinks/fixtures/lights/mirrors were replaced, a cork floor was installed and a steam room was added to make this bathroom truly unique! | $33k | Simpsonville, SC
From "Old White" to "Just Right" Kitchen | May 2016 | This kitchen had worn, dated cabinets and trim, laminated counters and a less than ideal layout before this transformation. Design improvements included closing off one entrance to the kitchen and widening two others The new kitchen boasts a beautiful new tile floor, quartz counters and gorgeous maple cabinets. | $13k | Greenville, SC
