| The Burns | Jun 2014 | Remodeled two bathrooms and part of the kitchen. In both baths the flooring system had been compromised and rotted out. Unfortunately these things were covered up by previous workers. After restructuring the floors, subfloors, and rerouting the plumbing. We then water proofed the bathrooms and shower surround with Schulter products (Ditra & Kredi). Both baths were completely re tiled too. In the larger bath we built a 4' x 5' curb less shower w/ a 16" x 4' bench. We equipped it with safety grab bars for the home owners use. Along with that we built custom shelving too, etc... As for the kitchen we installed new counter tops (which the home owners purchased). We changed the island for a single top to a double top (the second top was a lowered bar top to eat at). The customer had special ordered steel ceiling tiles that we installed as a very unique back splash. | $1.7m | Greenville, SC |
