We had VENTUS replace our over 20 year old heat pump and they did a wonderful job in a relatively short time. I can't recommend them too highly. Very professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. Jesus deserves a five star rating.

Came and diagnosed the problem with our AC. Our home warranty company shipped the new compressor to him. Then he wont return our calls. Finally, after a couple of weeks he answers when I call from a different number and says our home warranty wouldn’t agree to pay him his asking price to install the compressor. I contact my warranty company who then try to contact him to tell him they will agree to his asking price, but he wont respond to them either. Weeks wasted with no HVAC and it’s in the 90s! A simple letting us know what was going on/telling us he was refusing the job would have allowed us to move forward and find someone else. Think he still might have our compressor too.

Ventus HVAC is outstanding. They are prompt, thorough and never try to upsell you something you don't need. We have used them for 6 years and could not be happier with them.

Have been very happy with the service provided by Ventus, every time he has come out to fix anything he has been very efficient and knowledgeable about it. I will always contact Ventus if I have any further problems!
