On this interior project, Perfection Plus Remodeling was hired to remove all of the carpet and sheet vinyl from a split level home in order to install new hand scraped hardwood flooring throughout as well as new stained treads with bright white risers in the stairways. In addition, recessed lighting was added in the kitchen to really brighten up the room. Our favorite part of this renovation was being able to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room to open up the entertaining area for this great family. We finished the project properly by installing new shoe molding around all the new flooring while caulking and repainting the base molding bright white as well to really contrast with the darker stained flooring.

Perfection Plus Remodeling really enjoyed this particular deck redesign and rebuild as we are always proud of our big and beefy decks. To start it all off, after laying out the new column system, chunks of the existing concrete patio slab beneath the previous deck were removed to dig and pour proper footings for the new design. Down the road if the homeowners want to add a porch roof system, the drop sill to carry the load has already been incorporated and is ready to be utilized. In addition, over-sized joists and a double 2'' x 10'' band system set into notched posts all added up to an excellent custom deck build to be enjoyed for years to come. Stay tuned to this particular project to see the custom baluster design as it unfolds along with the outdoor, built-in wash station.

For this project, Perfection Plus Remodeling completely gutted an original 1940's kitchen while removing the load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room and replacing with a double laminate beam header to carry the existing load from above as required. This move really helped to open up the new gathering area. Next we installed new tile flooring and beautiful cabinets, Black Pearl granite countertops, a marble backsplash in a herringbone pattern, a deep undermount sink with new fixture and disposal, new stainless appliances throughout, new recessed lighting and central ceiling fan, new trim moldings throughout, and we finished it all off properly with a top of the line paint job. The result was a beautiful modern kitchen yet with a classic feel that meshed extremely well with this solid 1940's brick home within a mile of downtown Greenville, SC. Perfection Plus Remodeling handled all of the labor on this project in house and finished on time and on budget as promised.

For this Master Bath Renovation, Perfection Plus Remodeling removed all of the original tile work around the cast iron tub and flooring taking it down to the original studs and subfloor. We installed a new tile tub surround composed of 2'' x 8'' marble tiles in a running bond pattern including a shampoo niche and frameless glass and then installed a beautiful new marble basket weave tile flooring highlighted by a perimeter of black granite tile inserts. We also installed a custom solid wood vanity topped with a double basin marble countertop and a new comfort height elongated top of the line toilet. All new fixtures, wallpaper, and freshly painted moldings made this bathroom one of our favorites of the year. There is no substitute for natural stone and frameless shower glass when it comes to setting bathrooms apart from the norm.

For this renovation, Perfection Plus Remodeling was hired to come up with a new layout for this very spacious master bath suite. To put it simply, we relocated everything in this bathroom to come up with a better use of space and a more inviting atmosphere to be utilized for years to come. We incorporated in the new design - two new bamboo vanities with granite countertops, a beautiful walk in shower with bench seat, shampoo niche, frameless glass, and a full height mosaic glass focal point, wood grain style tiles in running bond pattern for the bath flooring, and a separate water closet area with a free standing linen cabinet. The only regret these homeowners have is that they did not create their dream bath years ago.

For this project, Perfection Plus Remodeling removed an original, elevated deck and built a new beautiful deck composed of a double 2''x10''x16' band set into notched posts and oversized joists to completely eliminate flexing. This deck will stand strong and be enjoyed for decades to come.d
