Short story version: I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Towards the end of the project, I had several items I needed them to correct (this was after all of the back and forth on the initial work they poorly did), but they refused to fix the issues, so I refused to pay. They tried to sue me, so I counter-sued them, knowing that all of the proof of poor workmanship would end with a settlement in my favor - which it did. We ended up settling out of court (without any back and forth because their attorney knew they did a poor job) and I ended up only having to pay them for the materials. Long story version: I purchased a condo that had a renovation loan included. I was a young first time homebuyer and they took advantage of it. I had them renovating 3 things - counters, filling in a hutch in the wall, and flooring. With the flooring they suggested a faux-wood flooring that was waterproof, yet when they installed it, there were huge gaps and bumps throughout my entire home, but especially around the toilet in shower - where flooding is the biggest concern. They had to re-do this twice. I had 2 other flooring companies take a look, so I get additionally opinions and they were both appalled and suggested taking all of it out and starting over completely. One of the contractors asked if they had laid the floors with their eyes closed. The countertops were another situation. In the kitchen they cut one of the counter tops crooked. With a 1 inch gap against the wall and oven, but then no gap towards the other end. They had to replace that slab with another piece, however it was the same issue again, this time with a half an inch gap towards the wall and no gap on the other end. I still wasn't satisfied since it was so uneven and these were custom counter tops, so they had to do a 3rd slab, and that one was still messed up - the gap was evenly spaced this time towards the front and back end of the oven however, it wasn't a straight line, it ended up bowing in towards the center and they refused to fix this. In the bathroom, the counters required new sinks and they had to come back twice to fix the same leaking sink. And in the kitchen, when they added back the disposal, they did that incorrectly as well and left me with another leaking sink. They left a mess when filling in the hutch that was originally built into the wall and when I brought it up to them, they tried to say that I made the mess… YEAH RIGHT! Like I went to the store to buy dry wall plaster to make a mess all over my new floors and fire place just so I could blame it on them…oh please! Make it make sense, TJ. The wall was also a textured wall and when they added the dry wall to cover the hole, they left it smooth and tried to tell me that the walls were textured due to years of paint being added to the walls, so I had to take pictures of the walls in the closets and behind cabinets so they'd believe me and come back to texturize it. They were such a nightmare. The owner and the project manager were both rude and unprofessional as soon as they were having to be held accountable for their terrible workmanship. DO NOT USE THEM!

Bought a foreclosure with a 203k construction loan and used in a pinch. My experience with in a pinch was absolutely most definitely the worst experience I have ever been through with any kind of company. This includes but is not limited to poor scheduling ,bad manners, theft, lies, unfinished work, very poor craftsmanship, uncleanness. This came from both project manager and business owner. I would not recommend this company to change a simple light bulb. P.s. I've never written a bad review till now. Don't waste your time and money. Thanks

The only reason I give this company 3 stars is because of the actual construction workers, who are nice, professional, and good workers. The woman doing the scheduling is awful, rude, and unprofessional. When I schedule them to come look at my duct work for a quote to repair it, we agreed on 11am and they came to my house 10, supposedly, then left. I never got a called telling me they were there, but after I waited for 30 min after getting to my house at 11, I called the company and was told of the mishap and they'd be back at my house in 15 min. It wasnt until 45 min later that they arrived to do a 10 min inspection. When I schedule the repair work, I was told it would be first thing around 8/8:30am. At 9:41am I got a call from the scheduled saying the guys were at my house and noone was there. I informed her they went next door and walked outside, with her on the phone, and told him he was at the wrong house then complained to her that they were an hour late. She told me "start times are approximations" and I responded, "an hour after start time is not an approximation," at which she then hung up on me. The repair man told me that he was told to go to another job before me. So, if you want timely, honest service with they understand your time is valuable, use a different company.
