| Stone Veneer Wall | Mar 2017 | Homeowner wanted concrete foundation covered with stone veneer. The area was 60 square ft. Some digging also had to be completed by hand. The cost includes the total cost of materials and labor. The materials were the stone veneer itself which was chosen by the homeowner, sand, and type S mortar. This project took approximately one and one half day to complete due to preparation. | $1k | Martinsburg, WV | |
| Concrete Sidewalk and Patio | Mar 2017 | The patio area of the project was on a steep and rock portion of the property and had to be had dug and leveled. Approximately half of the sidewalk had to be hand dug and prepped as well. Gravel had to be wheel-barreled and hand spread to achieve the proper thickness to allow for four inches of concrete. We recommended 3500 psi concrete with fiber for extra strength and also added concrete wire. Preparation to approximately 5 hours. Pouring and finishing time took an additional 4 hours. The cost amount includes 3500 psi concrete, gravel and delivery, concrete wire, forming materials, and labor. | $2k | Harpers Ferry, WV |
