I had an appointment through my home warranty company and they confirmed they can take the job and come the same day for an urgent order. No one came the day they were supposed to, eventually they texted me that they will come first thing on Monday morning. No one arrived. The home warranty company called them and they said they only work on houses and not in apartments. This could have been said two days ago when they accepted the job. Also- they do not answer calls from customers, they decline the call and text "Please text" and if you are lucky you will get a reply. I have record of all my attempted contacts. It is okay not to be able to complete a job, but be honest and set up realistic expectations. We could have had someone else scheduled instead of our time wasted.
