Floors Done Right

I recently purchased a new home and the floors were in complete shambles. I searched around for many companies to repair the floors and I got a referral from a friend for Floors Done Right and spoke with Randy J about coming out to give me a quote. He was very nice an professional and came out right away to give me a quote. We set up a time to get the work done and it was completed in a timely fashion and the crew was prompt and neat. I am so in love with my new floors and want to give a huge shout out to Randy for getting the job done right! Thank you

I had a really good experience with Floors Done Right and Randy Jefferson. I had purchsed my home and got the hardwood floors underneath the carpet like I wanted but they were unfortunately damaged, mainly due pet stains. I was considering carpet until my mail man told me about Floors Done Right. I called and got an immediate appointment! Randy came out, made me feel confident that my floors could be saved. And they WERE. Beautiful glowing hardwood and I was pleasantly surprised I didnt have to go with a super dark color, as their stain removal REALLY worked to get out all but two stains which were significantly lightened! I could be more please and have since referred Mr Jefferson and Floors Done Right several times since.

Horrible experience. The owner of the company, Randy Jefferson, is cheap, unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. I've on multiple occasions overheard him cursing out employees even going as far as making fun of their disabilities. He talks horrible about all of his customers behind their back (sometimes while they are just feet away). He currently has 2 employees, both with disabilities, and openly insults them for their disabilities. He shouldn't be able to continue to work and treat his employees and customers with outright disrespect.
