Studio Z worked with the owners to create an open plan design with plenty of space for living, recreation, privacy and serving the needs of extended family. The wrap-around deck overlooks the water feature and connects the main house to the in-law suite. Inside, the home features a two-story entry space with fireplace, open dining and kitchen areas, a private study, and a second floor master suite with balcony overlooking the water. Other features include an apartment style living suite for live at home adult children, a home office, and generous attic and garage space. The home generates its own electric power via solar panels that also provide electricity to the geo-thermal heating and cooling system.
