Fantastic customer service! We had our air conditioner go out soon after we bought our home. It was hot out, and everyone we called couldn't come for days. I called Eclipse and the technician arrived that day! And fixed it within 15 minutes! A part needed to be replaced. When our furnace went out, Eclipse was who we called. Once again, fantastic service! We had considered getting a heat pump to replace the 25+ year old furnace (which we discovered had been flooded when previously owned [and not disclosed]) and air conditioner, and this was the perfect time. They were professional and the Lenox system is wonderful! They are our go-to HVAC company! Can't say enough good about the entire experience!
