As a first time home owner we’ve done a lot of renovations. Our experience with this company was BY FAR the worst experience. As you can read another comments, ownership changed a couple years back. Unfortunately I believe that we were customer number one with the new owners who were not able to run this type of business. We received the wrong windows upon installation. Some doors has the wrong handles and locks. Nearly everyone was wrong. One part of our door that opens and closes the blinds was not put together but they installed it like this anyways. We still have residue on the windows that I haven’t been able to figure out how to clean off. I was so exhausted with the terrible job this company did that I just stopped calling them. It was exhausting. It would usually take a long time to fix if they even called us back at all. Our installation was done two years ago. Now we have other issues and of course this company does not call back their customers to provide support hence me writing this review today. Nothing has changed. This review is the opposite of a recommendation. It’s a warning to anyone interested in Windows for their home to not use this company.

My experiences with America's Window and Door Store is excellent! I was using them for window parts and screens for my old company. Now, I bought new windows from them. They have good quality windows, great prices, and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them for window parts, screens, glass replacement, and definitely for new windows and door!

I took my screens to be be repaired on a Saturday. I left them at the desk because the repair person was not in. I was unable to get a quote, but was told they would call on Monday. 1 full week went by with no call, no quote. I called them back to find out what happen. A woman apologized perfusely, and said they had been so busy, but would get back to me. 2 weeks later, I called back. She apologized again, and told me they were ready and the cost was $159! What?!? Wait, what happened to my quote?!? And, it took 3 weeks, and not once did they call?!? I will never take anything to them again!

This is the worst business i ever encountered! Back in November Jorrge came and checked the broken window and measured for a new screen door. I gave him a Deposit and then I never heard from them again! Every time I called and did get a live person on the phone, I got one ex use of anothdr. It's March, and they still haven't responded to my calls or refunded my deposit. Don't trust these people they're completely unreliable.
