Zatro, Inc

Zatro are crooks and fraudsters. After my experience with them, I looked up the company information and googled the owner - Julia A. Rozhansky. WOW!! SHE SPENT 5 YEARS IN JAIL FOR FRAUD!!!....now my experience makes sense... My pipe broke and my home warranty company had hired Zatro Inc. to come to my house. On July 23rd 2020, someone came to my house in a black Mercedes and sat in their car for 15 minutes. They then drove forward 20 feet and put on a black hat and came to my door. I asked who they are and they stated that they are the "plumber". There was no signage on their car stating Zatro's name or that it was a plumbing company. He had no company card to give me. He had a paper name badge, that looked as if I could have made it. This made me very worried. I asked the man where his plumbing equipment was and he stated that he did not have it as he just wanted to look at the area. He then stated that the plumber would be here soon. When I asked how soon, he said, “soon”. He took some pictures and then went and sat in his car. In a few minutes, a burly man in a pickup truck came, again with no signage and he started talking to the guy in the Mercedes and smoking cigarettes outside my house. It seemed very sketchy and I soon became even more worried about my safety. I called Select Home Warranty when the guy was outside my house stating how unsafe I felt and I did not want to let them back in my house. The guy in the Mercedes came to my door and stated that he had to leave. He then said he would be the person to come back and fix it, which is weird because he said a "plumber was coming". It took Select Home Warranty until 8/5/2020 to get in contact with Zatro Inc., and to make a plan. Before I let them come to my house again, I called to make sure I could know who was coming to my house and I wanted to see their plumbing license. I spoke with Alix who stated they would not show me. She yelled at me and stated do you have a "problem with someone driving a Mercedes". I was shocked. I told her no, but I do have a problem with a company not showing me their license. We got nowhere with our conversation and I told her that I was going to hang up. Zatro Inc. treats customers poorly and they do not go above and beyond. Additionally, I do not understand why they could not confirm that they are license and bonded and that the person who is coming to my house is a licensed plumber. When I had work performed on my condo, all contractors had to give me their licensing certificates in order for them to proceed with working. I would definitely not recommend this company.
