I hired Cheryl Handy on November 28, 2020, at first, I was impressed with the amount of time she spent on my Master Bedroom, Bath and Office; however, the remainder of her house cleaning services were to say the least extremely unsatisfactory! Listed below are the things she did not do; I repeat did NOT do: Light fixture in entry way, Top of the refrigerator, Laundry Room not done, Tracks for the sliders not done, Kitchen floor was NOT even washed as I noticed a spot that was there before and dirt behind the trash can, No dusting was done in the family room, Tables in living room were not cleaned, in particular by my chair, Shampoos etc. we're not put back in place and the shower head was left on the floor, she did not wipe down the kitchen cabinets. As far as her 100% guarantee that says if not satisfied the will come back and do it for FREE . . . HA! I tried to get her to come back and do what she did not do but she has ignored my emails and texts. I would never hire this company or Cheryl nor would I ever recommend them. A terrible service and to think I am a senior citizen on a fixed income meant nothing to this person. So, beware she gives cleaning people who work very hard a bad name. I found her on Next Door Neighbor but she has since removed herself from that app, I will write a review there also nonetheless. Mind you she did not waste any time cashing my check though!
