Great Price and prompt service, but they didn't replace the drain field in the front of the house and instead dug down the side of the house on both sides of a set of three large pine trees. One of the pines had a huge side root (six inches thick or more) they cut off, and after a few months it died and I had to pay $1000 to have it taken down. I know these trees have deep center roots, but it was perfectly healthy before they cut the root, so I have to think this killed my tree. Moral of the story - insist drain fields are NOT place right next to trees (this was two feet away!) and if need be, pay a bit more to have the old pipes removed, and the trench dug a bit deeper (needed when you use the same spot) and install the pipes in the front of the home as usual. My great price wasn't so great once I had to have the tree removed. Because of this, I can't give a glowing review.
