AlabamaWISE

AlabamaWISE is Alabama's only Home Performance with Energy Star program. Managed by non-profit Nexus Energy Center, AlabamaWISE empowers homeowners to solve energy related home performance problems such as rooms too hot or too cold, high energy bills, excess humidity, mold and healthy indoor environment concerns. The AlabamaWISE program works with participating contractors committed to comprehensive home performance evaluations based on proven building science using diagnostic tools such as blower door, duct blaster and thermal cameras. All participating AlabamaWISE contractors are certified by the Building Performance Institute or RESNET in addition to trade specific licenses and certifications. Quality assurance of contractor work is administered by Nexus Energy Center.
