Southern Remodeling and Landscape

We hired them to seal a patio. The first round they used caulk to seal the edges. However, the work was sloppy and didn't seal the corners of the post. Although he says the issues are the cracks on the patio, the areas around the posts where he caulked could have been done well which would have helped with leaking. The areas on the patio where he used caulk were also messy and smeared. I wish I could post a picture. Will have to pay for someone else to come and finish his work. I used him because all the other good reviews. He came back to use a seal on the entire patio for an additional payment.

They did and excellent job on my warped kitchen floor made It look and feel new again. They where excellent about being on time for the job and good at explaining what they where going to do. Good genuine people... will inviteThem Over for a BBQ someday!!!

I had several house projects that were left over from a less than stellar contractor - fixing sections of wall paneling, replacing window inset and trim, and re-installing a pocket door. Robert and his crew did an excellent job. He was very flexible when it came to providing an estimate and scheduling the work in a short period of time. I will definitely use Southern Remodeling for future house projects.

We have a house currently on the market and the backyard fence had fallen down. My husband was deployed overseas and I needed to get the fence repaired fast. Richard came out, gave me a quote then had the fence back up in no time. He was professional, did great work and had reasonable prices.
