They received money for materials. In the last two months they have been no-shows four scheduled times. Only once did they call to cancel. The other three times there was no response from them. Sam is very personable, but don't trust him.

Elmer Scott (owner) is a fraud. He ordered bidding services for post payment terms and now not attending calls no responding the emails. Be aware of this person at any cost. He owns my $1300.
