After speaking with the owner of this company, he called me a *ussy/coward for leaving this review. I asked for an estimate for a property that I am closing on. This person was recommended to me by an agent. I’ve reached out to him over 10 times through call and text. He never responds to my messages or calls. Very unprofessional and would not recommend him. If you are an investor purchasing properties you will not receive your numbers prior to hitting your inspection contingency date. Arrow foundation, KC Pier, and Kings pier all respond/give estimates
