Incompetent and corrupt. We hired Joe to install drywall and bring it to paint ready condition. He installed drywall with large gaps, used incorrect drywall mud which cracked in many places, did not use drywall tape on many joints and did not sand the sheet rock where sanding was needed. He asked for full payment with promises to complete the work later. Foolishly we trusted his promises and paid him. After that he stopped replying to our texts requesting that he complete the job. We had to hire another contractor to repair and complete his work.
