| Ortega River Home Project | Apr 2013 | Customer requested a structured cabling package and a home control system with to support 160 lighting loads, 4 HVAC system, security integration, a DVR and CCTV camera system, gate controls, whole house audio with 16 zones, 8 zones of video switching, 24 motorized shades, TV lifts, motorized mounts and more all controlled via touchscreens, iPads and iPhones from within the home or remotely. Customer wanted very easy to use system to control all aspects of the home. One example is the Entertain Button. 1 press sets the entire home up for a entertaining including indoor and outdoor lights, music around the house, opens the gate and turns the AC down to cool the home with large groups of people.
