What started as a two man air conditioning company in 1987, Northeast Florida Heating & Air has been molded and shaped into the reputable company it is today. Our founder and president, John Wade grew up in the Jacksonville area where he has been an active part in the community, his church, and his family. His goal since 1987 has been to continue serving the community with honest, reliable, and competent service through his experience, up-to-date knowledge and skills of HVAC. In 2002 Mike Kelly, President of Controls of Jacksonville, merged the Air Conditioning Division of his company with NEFHA to form an even stronger and more versatile operation. With this move, Mike assumed the responsibilities of COO and VP of the combined operation. Northeast Florida Heating & Air is a customer satisfaction oriented company who thrives on excellence and efficiency. We are committed to providing all of our clients with quality work in a professional manner at all times. Our service department is completely automated and our office staff is trained to handle all aspects of customer relations. We specialize in the installation, service and indoor air quality needs of residential clients, retail stores, restaurants, and commercial buildings. We offer a vast amount of experience in working with home warranty and retail management companies.
