We initially met with the homeowners to give them an estimate to oversee the installation of a design they had from another company. This isnt something we typically do, but they were desperate. Upon meeting, we quickly realized they were not at all happy with their design. We asked if they would be open to seeing what we could come up with for their space, and they agreed. There were actual tears of joy and exclamations of Its exactly what we were looking for! at the Preliminary Design meeting. They were thrilled to see an expanded living area, nature-inspired fire feature, outdoor kitchen, pergola, herb garden, and butterfly garden. Now all that was left was to start moving dirt! Within a matter of only six weeks the homeowners and their pups were enjoying their new entertainment area.

The homeowners had big dreams for their yard, but none of the pool companies they met with could accurately capture what they wanted. They were frustrated and tired of searchingthen they found us. We expedited the design to make up for lost time and excited them with our 3D virtual walk-through. Playing off of the elevation changes and working within the rather tight area between the house and brick retaining wall, we created a family friendly space including a pool and infinity edge spa, cabana, outdoor kitchen, fire feature, and travertine patio space. The installation went as smoothly as we could hope for, with only minor hiccups along the way. It was a brief 16 weeks from the time we first met to discuss how we could help to the time they could finally dive into their sparkling new pool!
