The job was properly estimated, prepared and executed according to plan. Clean up and dealings with contractors were excellent.

It went very well considering at the start the weather was cold and windy and also we had many rainy days that did not allow for steady progress. The on-site crew and the supervisor were very good: they were flexible, polite and understanding of the day to day issues and questions from the residents. Carlos deserves a lot of credit for he was very capable organizing and directing the daily requirements and handling the issues. His diplomacy makes him a very good ambassador for Performance Painting.
