At In-Ex Construction we stand by the belief of our founder; Jon Todd- Integrity! We were founded in Michigan by Jon in 2002 and were relocated to Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas in 2004. Jon has been self employed for his entire career building In-Ex Construction from the ground up. He has made it his passion to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction by staying on budget, on schedule and providing high quality work. We encourage client participation and open communication that enables us to guide our clientele through each phase of the roofing process. We are fully licensed (CGC 037 470, CCC 057 546) and insured. Most roof replacements are completed in 1 day, including clean-up!

follow up was horrible and the roof was replaced in January and found leaks today. Rushed poor job as I see it, and will not return calls or text...states there is a 10 yr warranty which is bogus if the roof is leaking and they will not even call u back...next call is to my attorney
